The champions league ads are also the current default ads instead of the SI ones that came with the game so they should show for friendliea or international games
I'm not sure what you mean, are the champions league ads showing for all games? Which club are you experiencing this with?

Well they would merge, nothing would really be overwritten unless you have another adboard patch in your graphics folder as no adboard patches are compatable with one another.
Well that's your issue the folder needs to be called 'graphics' instead of 'graphicss'
