As far as I'm aware, FM resizes them to fit. Not sure if that's the case for FMM, though.

Too early to tell, but it'll be out, as always, prior to the release of the FM21 beta a couple of weeks before full release of the game. So I'd say roughly in a month's time or so.

You can safely download the current pack with FM21 in mind, though perhaps it might be worth waiting closer to release to be sure you're downloading the very latest cut-outs
We can't tell with 100% certainty (principally because FM21 isn't out yet and we can't read the future ) but we would expect the FM20 packs to be compatible with FM21 in the same way that they have been for many years

It would really only be possible if somebody collected photos of the clubs' kits and any logos or sponsors etc. for them.

That's not what the screenshot in the opening post looks like, and that is why it's not working as intended, as suspected. Re-install this download, following closely the installation instructions, and you'll be fine

I'm afraid what you're looking at are the game's actual database files. Those teams (and their players) are included in the FM database, and they're displayed on our site for ease of reference. They might not all appear when you start...

Updates pack are generally somewhere between 300mb-500mb, so it definitely won't shouldn't take you anywhere near as long to extract them if you keep up-to-date and download them on a regular basis
