If I start my fresh new save now do I still need to do changes in 2400 folder or just in 2430 is enough?

Do you think your fix could have anything with my game crashing on certain date? I started a Wolfsburg save and it always crashing on June 18th 2024. Going for holiday doesn't help as it crashes anyway. I don't use any custom leagues, just custom graphics...

There will be one more data update from SI once the Chinese transfer window is closed, so within a month I think. Are you sure no further update from your side will be needed then?
