big ty, i see so many change in config.xml (removed-add) so i rebuild my config.xml but i can see a total 234.377 .png (with removed double file a-b-250-180 etc.) all is corect. why?

First of all, there is no need to generate a new config file yourself as the one in each update pack fully contains all the images in the megapack.
The difference in total image amount will be down to some of the duplicates or wrong cut-outs being deleted

Well, when you consider it's around 200 out of over 230,000, I don't think it's something which should cause concern

The full pack, including the whole of the icons pack, is available via torrent and contains 235,035 persons, an increase of well over 25,000 from the same time last year.

For those who have kept up-to-date with the megapack, you should be able to download just the 12.0 update pack, which contains 2,691 new and improved cuts.
I would like to also put on record my extreme appreciation for all the cutters without whose work this magnificent pack quite simply wouldn't be possible. I am also grateful for all the requesters for consistently providing us with sources good enough to continue building this pack on. This is a true community project which has been going for over a decade now and it's testament to all those involved that it's succeeded

- Make the facepack and include those pics in a No ID folder?
- Wait to know the UIDs?
- Request the facepack, mark it as "being made" but upload it when I have all the UIDs?
I don't have the beta though.

Are these players in FM20? If so, I can find the ID for them if you'd like.
If these players for some reason aren't in FM20, you can upload them in the no-id thread.

You can include them in your final pack with their name as the filename. I will then added them to my no-ID folder for future checking

Is there any way I can retain the faces of the players who already have their faces in as standard (e.g. some SPFL, etc.)?
Done it last year but think I needed the resource archiver...which doesn't appear to be out yet!

I always point people in the direction of this post, which, though ancient, is still perfectly valid. In addition, the FM19 resource archiver works on FM20 so you can use that instead

I'm not sure I understand; is there something wrong with the request forum? Can't you upload them using this method?
If it's because the players' UID doesn't come up automatically as before, it's just that the default search has been switched to the FM20 database, which isn't on the site yet for the understandable reason that the FM20 database isn't finalised yet. To get UIDs of players new to FM20, you'll need to load up the beta and get it from there, for the time being...
