Not really. First off, your cutout is 207*207px. I've said to you before that the cutout should either be 250*250px, or 180*180px if the source image is too small. Crop the source image to the area around the face before you cut out the image to avoid it being resized to dimensions too small for 250px.
Secondly, the source image is not very high quality (it's pixelated and heavily compressed/has jpeg artefacts) even though the resolution is large. The picture is also from a side angle, the top of the hair is cut off, and he has an odd facial expression, which IMO make it not a good improvement. A good improvement would be a front angle picture taken with studio lighting (like the current cutout), not an action shot from a training session.
The Real Madrid squad pictures for the 20-21 season should be released in a month or two, I'd wait until then for higher quality source images, maybe Ramos will still have his beard and long hair then.
Not a bad source but I'm sure a better one will be available soon, so it's hardly worth cutting, especially as it's quite similar to the current cut.
@Joselamalice, when requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration.
If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (as is the case here), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so just for the sake of it.
