@JoeMoon1506 If you look closely, you can see that there's a "glow" around the hair. Remove that and I'll add it to the pack
It's from the same photoshoot as the current cutout, which I only cut in September, so I don't see why it would be an improvement tbh

I like the that this one doesn't have as much shirt. If you fix the lighting it could be an improvement IMO. Although, looking at it, I prefer the cut from august over the other ones. I have no idea how old that source is, though.
@mons Thoughts?

I think the current cut-out is perfectly fine, no offence to all the others.
As an aside, I'm not getting notifications when I'm being tagged but only when quoted - I only happened to access this timeline by coincidence. Apologies to all if I haven't replied but I'm just not aware if I've been tagged, and we've no way to see unread comments yet in this section so it's all going into the ether for now.
Any issues you think need my input, please PM with a link to the post 👍
Hi @mons, can you clarify why are there cases like this one where in spite of being accepted and completed, the cut does not make it to the megapack and the default picture remains?
Thanks

An image is rejected if it is immediately and visibly unsuitable, but in most instances this is not the case and so I manually compare every image uploaded to see if it's an improvement on the current cut. I do this offline on Photoshop. As you can imagine this is a very time-consuming task, and I don't have the time or the inclination to manually mark all the images being rejected as such on the forum. An image being marked as completed means it is deemed worthy of consideration to be added into the megapack, that's it.
With the sheer volume of images this entails, I do sometimes make mistakes and I'm more than happy to review again any images which are pointed out as possibly having been overlooked in error. This is not the case here as the current cut might be from the Euro 2020 photoshoot but it's sharper and of a higher quality than the other cuts posted since then, most of which don't have much wrong, truth be told.
