If you are uploading an image which is ready to be added into the megapack, please do so as a game ready type. Kindly ensure that it follows the guidelines for cutters outlined in this thread, particularly in terms of image dimensions and quality, the need to include a collar and to avoid snow and how the image is cropped etc. We also strongly recommend using remove.bg to get an initial draft cut by having the background removed from sources. It is also free, very easy to use and there are video and text tutorials in the above-linked post on how to use it, both with Photoshop and with the free image-editing online app photopea.com.
If you are requesting an image which is still to be cut-out, please do so as a source type. The better and larger the image, the better the eventual cut-out will be. If you're having difficulties in finding a good source image, have a look in this thread for some hints and tips on how and where to find the best possible sources for your requests. If the images found are still small, then consider whether it is worth requesting it at all. A 120x120 image from the chin upwards, for example, will be too small to consider cutting as it will only provide a blurry mess of pixels and won't be representative of what a person looks like. Ideally, the person in a source image is looking at the camera and has a clear background. Unless absolutely unavoidable, avoid action images.
