@Footygamer Hello there. I learned earlier this morning that a recurring payment occurred and I would like a refund. I've not played the game in almost a year so I've touched nothing for 2023 and I emailed the Paypal address for an inquiry. I forgot to get around to cancel recurring payments. I'm following up here in case this is looked at more so than the email address. I would be more than willing to offer any additional information to fix this, for I can hopefully prove I've not touched the game nor touched access to any updates to mods in nearly a year since the first purchase.
Apologies in advance for any headache I may be causing from sending an email to now sending a message here, but I just wanted to get ahead and address this quickly.

As above I manually set the account to Premium, he wasnt showing as Premium before that

Check your shop order it states active canceled
but you are shown as a premium user on your profile, so should be working

I've paid for a premium membership last year and haven't cancelled.
It's been less than a year.
But it isn'r registered on my membership while I'm logged in and there aren't any history.
Please help me fix this.

@SimonSoltan this usually happens because you have two accounts by mistake and it's linked to the other account.
You can go here: https://sortitoutsi.net/shop and at the bottom search your paypal email address to find what account it's linked to.

Hi Team, I paid £10 for Premium Membership yesterday via PayPal hoping to download the FM24 FacePacks, Kits & Logos without doing it via the Torrent sites.
However I am unable to download the entire packs instantly. I am still seeing “Buy Premium Membership”.

Good evening @Footygamer, i bought premium yesterday however when i go to install anything it still says i need to buy it. I read the forum post and left it over 24 hours but it still say the same message
