Hi, just before I was gonna buy premium to make downloading a few things easier as I swear it said it was 83p, but after I went through the billing I was charged £10. Its my bad as admittedly I didn't check what paypal said it was going to charge me before I pressed confirm but was wondering if there's any chance of a refund as I dont really need it and thats a lot of money. Hi. Tried to extract the big files of metallic logos cut out pack but when extracting using winzip, it just stucked at almost 90% of extracting, then it just kept running for hours but the status bar never moved.

Used a different computer to do also the same problem.

Please advise. Thanks

What are you using to extract? I find using 7zip overcomes most issues with partial extractions.

When you say you tried another computer did you download it a second time or move the file between computers?

Fixed. I'm still not sure why this isn't being activated more quickly but am continuing to look into it.

I am also having the same problem, I just bought a premium subscription a few minutes ago and my shop orders say it is active but when I go to download the cutout facepack it says I need to sign up. @Footygamer

Hi, I paid for the premium membership to download files in October. Ive logged back into to download some updates and its not longer allowing me to use the premium downloads. Can't find who to contact to rectify this? Any ideas, or anyone know who to contact? Thanks!

You have no shop orders so perhaps you have more than one account?

Hi there @Footygamer, bought the premium mebership and it's showing up in my orders but I cannot instant download anything like it says on the page. Whenever I click on a pack I want to download it will show me a download complete file button but when I click on that it take me to another page that shows the free mirrors and ‘sign up for premium now’ and ‘get premium with ad free fast download’ which is reacting like I dont have premium.

I gave it a few hours (12+) like was said and I still cant download anything that isnt from one of the free partner sites. 

Do you have any suggestions to get it to work? 

Similar comment here as many others - I have just purchased premium, its on my account as purchased, yet I can't do the instant downloads. See attached screenshot.

I had a premium subscription on previous versions of FM, this year when I went to pay I get an error code from the PayPal link. 

Is there a work around for this? Paypal did a verification payment which worked correctly from my card and I can use it w/other services just fine. 

I'm afraid we can't help you unless you tell us what the error message says, it's impossible to guess
