I'm wondering if anyone can help - I'm trying to complete off the Nantes Cut out facepack and have a few spots left to fill, Ive managed to get hold of a picture of the coaching staff of their website but trying to find out whos who, they listed names but not who was who in the picture

Hey it looks like you've been downloading this now. But remember you don't need to download lots of change packs. Just a complete pack is fine.

Hey, that's correct but the problem is the players within the latest pack aren't in the correct kits as it's a 2023 database but I want a 2014 one e.g. I want Van Persie to have his 2014 cut out face not his 2023 one.

Megapack 6.0 looks to have all the correct ones for FM 2014 which is the game I am playing

Did you even read it first time round? You need to find images yourself and request them on the submissions forum, making sure they are good and large enough for our cutters to produce a cut-out from.

Recently I tried to play around with photos of generated colleagues (personal assistant, press officer, etc.). I used Regen UID and basically managed to change their photos. The problem, however, is that the config file is so huge and it takes a very long time to load the skin. I would like to edit the config file using Notepad or better yet Notepad++, but I'm not sure if there is an option I need.

Assuming that according to Regen UID my co-workers match photos e.g. 137, 163 and 177, I would like to cut out all lines from the config file that contain only these values and no others. I know how to find and possibly replace these values, but I don't know how to select entire lines to be extracted based on the numbers found above.

I hope I described the topic clearly enough and this is an option that can be implemented to make the config file take up much less space.

I Last year had the pleasure of photographing the entire team (head shots) of Campion AFC who play in the NCEFL but my question to anyone is I see players like Marcus Day etc are there but not others. How does one add the others in FM? Create a new player and add the photo after? Ideally I'd like to be able to play a FM save with them with player cut-outs etc.

There are plenty of tutorials online on how to add players to the game using the pre-game editor.

If you want to add images for these people, read the instructions in this thread on how to do so 👍

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're asking, or if there's even actually a question in there.

If you want to have a separate config file for specific persons, I'd suggest putting their images in a separate folder and leaving the megapack's config well alone. You can then use fmXML (look for it on the site) to generate a config just for those people.

Ok, but in the described case I don't know the ID numbers of these people, so I can't use fmXML. I'm talking about the config file from Regen UID Finder.

Hi all. 

I'm using these faces, but in a bit of a different way, and I'm running into a problem I can't quite figure out.

I'm playing in the 9th division of English football. So, obviously there are no real faces for even non-newgens. So, I downloaded the facepack from here and modified my config.xml to load the custom faces just for my squad. I'm not using the newgan manager at all (yet). 

And this worked great! All of my players have the awesome new cutout faces, and I love it! Today, though, all of a sudden, four of my players are back to the ugly SI cartoony profile pictures. And no matter what I try, I can't seem to get them back to the nice cutout faces.

Here's what I tried to troubleshoot:

• I went back into the config.xml file, and everything looks the same there. These four players still have rows in the config, and they look just like all of the other records.
• I double-checked the folder where the face images sit, and all of those images are still there, and correctly referenced in the config.xml.
• I tried clearing the cache and reloading the skin again.
• I tried changing one of the affected rows to reference a different file. No change.

The ONLY thing that I can think of that changed is that I had to restart the game. I attached a screenshot of the relevant part of my config file. The highlighted rows are the ones that are no longer working. But as I said, nothing has changed.

Any suggestions?
