ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

@Footygamer my latest premium payment was in November 2023 - my premium status is showing as ACTIVE on my profile in the website - but when I go to download files it isn't reflecting the active premium status

Fixed it now you weren't showing as a premium user for some reason

I'm having issues with my membership. I've now been charged twice and my access to downloads still has not been restored. Who can I contact to address?

I manually marked your premium status as active, so there should be no problem with downloads anymore. With being charged twice, only the site owner can help you - @Footygamer.

Has anyone else had problems with purchasing a premium membership but then when you go to download the files it says you don't have one? I see my membership active in my shop orders.

Thanks @Qvordrup and sorry @Treble2222  I can't tell why this would have not activated the premium, i'm looking into it again.

Hello, I wasn't aware that i had an active sub and cannot find an email or contact to request a refund of the most recent payment. any direction of where to request a refund?
