I hope this is allowed and in the correct place, usually I don't need graphics help but today I do

So my main face pack is DF11 and also have the full cutout faces but some of the faces I have in cutout don't appear in DF11 so I use cutout for those missing images

I've used fmXML to create the 2 separate configs

DF11 only has the 230k faces in that folder while cutout has the 470k faces ( so 2 different configs, one with half the faces and the other with ALL )

So reloading all my graphics with those 2 configs but they only load the cutout faces ( I have it set it's DF11 first and then cutout ) ONLY and that fixes the missing players I was having

But I was wanting it to load DF11 first as it should but doesn't unless I use the cutout config but then the missing faces go missing again

Now other than just merging all faces and overwriting the cutout pack with DF11 I'm not sure what else to do to fix this

I hope this makes sense and you understand what I'm trying to do

The game reads folders in alphabetical order, so you should rename title the folders in alphabetical order, with the ones that you want shown as a priority being top of the list.

This is what mine looks like, with priority given to cutouts, then df11 etc

I should have mentioned that, I have DF11 listed first , even if I use the XML to create a new config with just the images in that folder it loads the Cutout pack instead as it it's skipping DF11 entirely

In fairness, I delete the df11 faces which have a cut, so it doesn't really make a difference. Might be the other way round 😅

Try adding a z at the start of the second folder's name, and see if that works instead.

If it doesn't, can you attach the df11 config file?

Somehow I managed to fix it, I downloaded the latest DF11 update and put that config back into my DF11 folder and that sorted it out, I know have both packs working together

For some reason I think I was using the fmXML tool wrong ? or the config just wasn't working
