ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

i became premium member yesterday but i cant download logo megapacks whats the problem?

For some reason your profile didn't update after your shop order - I manually marked your premium status as active so you should be able to download packs directly now 👍

I have Purchased the premium membership but it hasn't given me the benefits and keeps telling me to sign up and pay again. plz help

Hi I thought I cancelled my recurring subscription a while back but have noticed I didn't and have had a payment come out is there any chance of a refund please? @Footygamer 

Hey @Footygamer I set up my premium subscription but I only want it for this year. I paid as guest through PayPal and it says to contact sortitoutsi to cancel the recurring payment, so how can I do this?

as regards your order nothing shows on your account, so you will have to wait until footygamer can resolve this, I will link this in the staff room so he is aware

I contacted my bank and PayPal, everything is fine
is there another way to pay ?

Hi I purchased Premium Subscription last night to download the DF11 pack, I gave it over night as was still saying I had to pay and subcribe for premium, this morning I've attempted to download again and it's still saying I need to pay and subscribe, could you please advise

@Footygamer hi there, I believe I got a premium subscription in 2020, I completely forgot about it and I have since deleted all of my cards on PayPal as I don’t use it anymore. I logged onto my PayPal to check something recently and there’s a missed payment on there for £10 from this site. I cancelled My membership on the same day, I just wanted to double check that it is a recurring payment and not a direct debit as I don’t want it to impact my credit rating! 

PayPal subscriptions definitely don't affect your credit rating in anyway 🙂

And it's definitely cancelled now.

I try to pay through the Paypal site as a guest and all three valid cards linked to valid bank accounts have been rejected. “Unable to add card, please add another card.” I am in the US, using the US bank card details option. WTH? I want to give you money. @Footygamer 

@expatspur Hey i'm sorry we can't really help with this sort of error message, we have no access to your Paypal account or your cards. You would have to contact paypal support.

@Footygamer Hello there. I learned earlier this morning that a recurring payment occurred and I would like a refund. I've not played the game in almost a year so I've touched nothing for 2023 and I emailed the Paypal address for an inquiry. I forgot to get around to cancel recurring payments. I'm following up here in case this is looked at more so than the email address. I would be more than willing to offer any additional information to fix this, for I can hopefully prove I've not touched the game nor touched access to any updates to mods in nearly a year since the first purchase.

Apologies in advance for any headache I may be causing from sending an email to now sending a message here, but I just wanted to get ahead and address this quickly.
