It's an android but I had avast on it which can locate it but not when its turned off

Clearly there's gps signals etc that could possibly be triggered without the phone being turned off? I don't know hence i asked

It might send a signal when the phones in the process of being switched of but once its off then thats it you wont get any updates

Just went for my pre-conscription medical checkup, apparently I have an abnormal ECG.

The good news is that any abnormality might mean that I'll be enlisted into a less taxing job, which is nice.
