FM16 Scouting Regions Guide. This guide will tell you which region each country is in when playing Football Manager 2016 and recommend which regions you should scout based on their Youth Rating. Youth Rating is a hidden attribute assigned to all nations in Football Manager 2016, which when combined with other factors such as Game Importance and the quality of Clubs Youth Facilities, defines which countries with produce the best Newgens (new players created by the game, also sometimes called "Regens").
