@maalivahti, we're trying to clear the backlog of images which were requested last year and you've got over 150 images still pending. I can understand that you might not be able to cut a few of them but the overall majority of them (like this one) are quite straight-forward to cut. As a perfectly good cutter yourself, is there any chance you can give at least some of them a go yourself?
