@Karoglan95, decent work but I think there are a few things you should keep in mind before doing any more cuts.

First of all, all cuts must have a collar. I also suggest cropping a little further down from the chin, maybe 2-3 pixels. Furthermore, in an ideal cut, there should be some hair details visible and a less jagged cut of the hair. Without seeing the source from which it was cut, it is impossible to know whether the image was pre-cut badly by whoever provided the source, or if its to do with your cutting technique. If you're not using it already, I recommend remove.bg to do your initial background removal for you; it's quick and easy and does a tremendously good job.

Have a look at the respective guidelines and video tutorials in this thread to understand better what we mean by the above and how they can be achieved. It's a very good start and I reckon you could easily and quickly improve even further 👍
