@Gamatroy, please don't leave more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the head. Leaving such a large gap is a waste of screen real estate. Can we have the original source for this?
Moreover, pay attention to the aspect ratio when cutting; a few of your cuts have faces which seem overly narrow.
