Hi. Question: Where are the (youth) player (means under 18) attributes are coming from? Is it based on real performance or just random?

The FM database is created by SI, who have many researchers around the world who populate the database. It then depends on how in-depth and knowledgeable the researchers are about the players/team. The lower-profile the players, the more likely it is that more of the attributes will be random, though there may be some attributes which are fixed.

ah ok thx. And the attributes are fix till the next version of the FM Game or are there updates over time in FM2024?

There is always the possibility that player attributes and other information is updated in the winter data update released around mid-February by SI.
