@lorek007, can you please pay a bit more attention when cutting images?

This one has green snow all over the head, and the shoulders are cut off. Besides either you used remove.bg on an uncropped source or the source is small because the cut is quite unfocused so it's probably more suited to 180x180 instead of 250x. Additionally, he's slanted to one side, and cuts looks much better when they are upright instead. And this is the case for a lot, if not all, of your cuts.

There are guides and tips on all the above in the hints for cutters thread, so can you please have a look at it before making your next cuts? And if you have any issues, it's better that you make a request with the source, and post your attempt in the comments instead of uploading it as a completed cut. This way you can get feedback on it so that you avoid making the same mistakes over and over again

Look at your cutouts on a black/dark colour background, there are green edges around the face that should be avoided.
I added a green line on the left as well where the shoulder is cut off before the edge of the canvas - the shoulder should either extend to the side of the image, or should naturally drop down to the bottom of the image.
Finally, when the person's face is at an angle like this cutout, you should rotate the image so the face is upright instead.
