@77david54, it's a perfectly fine cut but again I'm not sure why you would choose that source to cut when a perfectly acceptable, high-quality recent source was available, looking at the camera 😕
These are two good sources of August 2020. I prefer to cut a source in 300dpi rather than a source in 72dpi because the quality is higher.
I cut what i want and i prevent anyone from cutting the other source.
Please , type “ Roberto Picardi ” of Grosseto1912 on the site and explain to me why you do not comment on Cizzu when i have a comment too often.

We've already explained to you, multiple times, that we prefer to have cuts looking at the camera. You are of course free to cut whatever you want, but I am also free to decide what to add to the megapack or not. If you want to cut images which stand little chance of being added to the megapack, that's entirely your decision but it's sad to see such a waste of time, especially in cases like this where sources already exist from which an improvement could be produced 😕 The time you spend looking for sources which are no better, and in some cases worse, than what is already available could be used more practically, as far as I'm concerned.
I hadn't seen that cut by Cizzu yet and I have in fact now re-opened the original request. I'm not omniscient and I can't see everything instantly. And actually, if you see some of the images from that pack, ttggfr has commented on some shortcomings in it.

I don't understand what you mean here; DPI is only relevant for printing photos so doesn't matter for cutouts. If you mean the pixel resolution of the image, the pending source is already very large (and the face is 500px tall in the image).
@pires120013, your cut had the hair details at the top all smudged and plenty of snow along the sides. Also, the image could have done with being brightened or auto-contrasted.
Here is how to easily spot snow and clean it:
