I found this source in 5 seconds on Google Images, which is a couple of years old but very much better in terms of quality and not too different in terms of look, so it's preferable imo:

While nice, having the collar of the player's current time is not necessarily very important. People move clubs both irl and in-game, so the 'right' collar may be redundant quite quickly. And heaven help us if we have to change the collar of every player who moves clubs

I know what you mean but it's useless when the best you can find are such poor sources.
And again, you've not rotated the source image and, given the lack of sharpness of the cut, you don't seem to have cropped the source before putting it through remove.bg either.
