google found me the 180x180 icon that I uploaded here, but should there be a source that he looks at the camera then a better cut in the form of 250x250 can be produced.

I know this wasn't a perfect source,and thank you for doing it.
Few tips:
There's too much empty space between his top of the head and up egde of the cut.
Check images both on white,and dark background.
@mons I'm affraid that I can't clean the white outline since I can't find the difference between hair and leftovers,and I don't want to mess up that part even more and remove all hair details that are left,but I did clean dark leftovers,and add small part of the shirt.
Not sure why neither used remove.bg, gave a pretty decent cut with a tiny bit of snow (which I've removed) and very good edge definition.
