The number of requests is much bigger than the number of cutters. We do what we can, when we can. If you want your requests to be done quicker, perhaps you can try to cut them yourself. We've spoken about this already and the sources are certainly good enough not to need too much work from your end. Otherwise, if you can't do them, then you'll have to wait for somebody else to do so...
