I suspect he used the remove green from cut action file but omitted to deselect the collar when doing it 😉

In instances like this where the collar has yellow and/or green in it, you should lasso the collar and deselect it before using the action, as per the bit from 1:00 onwards in the below video. This ensures the colours of the collar are retained and only those of the face are de-greened 😉
