@E.B.S. Again, you should crop the cutout to just below the chin, leaving just a few pixels of space. Did the same for this source as in the previous request:

Also, @E.B.S., when the current cut-out is of such good quality, it's wise to make an assessment as to whether it's worth cutting out a new source. There aren't a lot of fine details in the hair of the source image, which appears to have been pre-cut quite badly by wherever you got it from.
