why did you reject this one @mons ? in the old one he looks much younger?

Same as what I've told elsewhere, I'm afraid that the cut-out isn't better because it's not good enough. Perhaps if you posted the source image, we can see if a better cut-out can be produced.

I have read your sub-par guides. maybe im just dumb and do not follow 🙂
instead of being arrogant about it you might be more specific in pointing out what is bad about them and help me improve?

If there's somebody being arrogant here, I'm afraid it's you rather than me. If you think the guides are sub-par, then perhaps your cutting ability is beyond our help 😕
If you're looking for constructive criticism, as outlined here already, there is little point in cutting a source of inferior quality like this one because it's just not an improvement. Just because an image is more recent, doesn't automatically mean it's an improvement.
If you posted the source image as originally and intentionally requested a couple of posts up, then perhaps better and specific advice could be provided because his new look certainly warrants an improved cut-out in the megapack. All I can say for the cut-out uploaded is that it's blurry and not really sharp enough to be considered an improvement.

Im just trying to help out. this kind of attitude is not really constructive and definetly not motivating for me to help the community. maybe you do not want help?
there are many pictures of sources that are not being picked up, hence I wanted to help out and do some of the cut-outs.
In future just mention what you did in your second part. the reasons why you think its sub-par.
or if you do not want any of my submissions just say so and i'll stop.

I'm afraid you got the wrong end of the stick here. Of course I want you, and as many new users as possible, to contribute. If I didn't, I wouldn't have immediately linked you to the tutorial to cutting thread, would I? 🙂
Please forgive us, but with the sheer volume of cut-outs produced, we just don't have the manpower to provide individualised feedback to all those which need further work, which is why we often link users to the tutorial to cutting thread, where they can familiarise themselves with what we're looking for in cut-outs uploaded here.
Going back to the source uploaded, it's not really big enough to provide a good cut-out, I'm afraid. If you crop the area around the head, it will not be too close to 250 height, and so when you inevitable need to upscale it, then the image will lose sharpness, become blurred and lose quality. Same for your other upload.
The secret to a good cut-out is a good source. You'll never get the former without the latter. For future reference, have a look in this thread for guidance on how to find the best possible sources for the people you want to request. In this case, all I did was type the player's name and his club on Google Images and found the uploaded source. It's a watermarked image, and I'm willing to bet a better source will be posted by a colleague very soon, but the higher dimensions of it will mean a better cut is achievable.
If you want to give it another go, I suggest clone-stamping the watermark on his face, plus cropping his head and using remove.bg to get a great result 👍

Slightly smaller but face is not watermarked.
@mons FYI imago-images is usually a better source for 'Alamy' pics.

I didn't know this site, thanks SSP! Do they share the same photo database?

Not exactly the same but a lot of iimages appear on both sites. It's the first place I check if a google search (disclaimer: Other internet search engines are available 🙂 ) finds a decent 'tagged' Alamy image.

I wasn't aware of this - good to know.
I think the original requester @the_hdk may also like to know this info on how to get the best possible sources for this team/league 😉
