the first looked bad ingame so i made a better one π
The second cut is better but hair details could be better and face edges aren't smooth. What program and techniques did you use? Perhaps we can give you hints on how to improve your technique. Can you give us the source image you used?

@ChrisGreece7, for that cut, I just cropped closer to the face and put it through remove.bg. I then cropped it to around the face, and played around a bit with the saturation, brightness and contrast. Have a look at this thread for some practical tips and hints π
