Requests are taken on by cutters according to how they feel like and not strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. Rest assured, it'll be cut eventually, as it's rather a straight-forward cut, I would think...

Please make sure to cut as close to the chin as possible and avoid including too much shirt. Also have a look at the image on a transparent background before uploading it, so that you can see and remove any snow. Finally, remember that the cut should be 180x180 pixels
