This is much too small to be worth cutting anyway as it won't provide a better image than the one currently in the megapack.
@RJK10 Your cut wasn't bad at all. Next time just remember to crop the image just a little closer to the chin and resize it to 250x250.
@Mansa Musa, this is not in the correct dimensions and neither does it have a collar. It's important you pay attention to these details when making your cuts, we can't keep giving you feedback all the time if you don't listen to it 😉
When was the source image taken, and are you sure it's the right person? The current cut was from a February source image and he doesn't look a lot like the guy you posted.
Hair detail is important when considering if a cut is to be added to the megapack, and it's not as good in this cut as it is to the current megapack cut which is very similar, very recent and of a very good quality anyway.
