@GodinesBr1, we're taking the trouble to explain to you how you can improve your cuts. Please don't ignore it. The importance of rotating sources is explained on this guy's timeline, in fact.
Besides, I'm cutting this already anyway, as listed in the timeline as well.

Two things to point out here @GodinesBr1 :
First, because the source image was low-resolution, the cutout is blurry/pixellated and the image quality is poor. I found a better source image (from December 2020) on Grêmio's Flickr page. Be sure to look for the best possible source images in the future so that the cutout can be of high quality 🙂
Secondly, all cutouts should include some of the collar. You can use this method to easily move the collar upwards:
