a) When the source image is not the best, like in this instance, the cut is better in 180x instead of 250x.
b) Please remember that every cut must have a collar.
While it's true that we want all cuts to have a collar, we also want as much of the face taking up the canvas as possible, so there should be no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Some sources have a long neck and/or a low collar, so it's obvious you can't have both without some edits.
