These aren't bad @Gianmarco Giorgetti, but the dimensions aren't quite right, and in this case they're cropped too far from the chin.

Have a look at the guidelines in this thread. I'll tweak these myself, but please keep these guidelines in mind for the future 👍

Also, the sources you're using aren't the best and so the cut-outs will be of a corresponding quality. I appreciate that sources for lower-league players may sometimes be hard to come by, but have a look at this thread for some tips and hints on how to find the best possible sources for your images 👍
