@Arri Rama Putra, S.T., not a bad start but please read the guidelines on the correct dimensions for game ready images, as well as how close to the face they have to be cropped and to the fact they should be rotated so that they are not tilted to one side.
Thanks for the info. I have reupload photo with size 250x250, no tilted to one side, no collar showed according to the guideline 🙂

Cuts actually all do need to contain a collar within 2-3 pixels of the chin according to the guidelines 😉. Here's how to achieve it in cases where the collar in the source image is lower than that:
