Current cutout is Stuart Rodgers who doesn't seem to be in the game - their website mistakenly used his photo for Lewis's profile.
Lewis is moving to Aberystwyth Town for next season so might get a better source image in a few months but for now I found a colour version of your source that just needed a bit of clone stamp to paint out the text over his face.

However, I’ve requested the best picture I could find of Iwan. Perhaps there’s better… I found this but it was in black and white
