As I've explained a few times already, every cut must have a collar. It's nothing to do with it being useful or not, nor whether you prefer it or not.
All you need to do is nudge it upwards so that a few pixels appear in the cut. It's a great cut otherwise, but I won't accept it without a collar, especially since the source easily permits it.
