Pending means they still need to be taken up by someone for cutting.

Yes, it's just a question of when someone will decide to take them on. Update packs come out every 3-4 weeks or so, but images are getting cut all the time, naturally. You just have to be patient.

Images are updated in the megapack once an update pack is released and not instantly. Update packs are released every few weeks. As for the others, you'll just have to be patient; there are over 3,000 pending images waiting to be cut…
