I know the user is on his 8th or 10th account @Drafter, but I don't see anything wrong with this request. Seems to be the right person, as far as I can tell.
I don't think he deserves to get any requests done as long as he wastes our time with bad sources, he will just keep going like this as long as he can get people to do cuts for him.

I 100% see what you mean but I'd feel comfortable in saying that all 3 of his requests will lead to decent cuts, which is why I didn't reject any of them when I saw them. There are certainly worst requests out there tbh.
