@Chodw118, several of your most recent images seem to be from smaller sources, which means the eventual cut needed to be upscaled to fit 250x250. This means the eventual cut will lose some sharpness and that it won't be an improvement. If the source image is small or lacking sharpness, it's hardly ever worth bothering to cut it.
