@Mansa Musa, you've already been asked to avoid action images. Even though the current cut is over 3 years old, there's little to be gained by replacing it with an image not looking at the camera and with such a facial expression.
A lot of your cuts are getting rejected, so please try and make sure you choose your sources better. When the current image is recent and of a good quality, or the source being cut is not the best option, the ensuing cut won't be added to the megapack so there's little point in spending time on it. Newer doesn't necessarily mean an improvement.
