@Esben Kjælder, these are by no means bad cut-outs, but they do not follow the guidelines for this pack, namely that images are to be either 180x180 or 250x250 in size (depending on the size and quality of the original source) and that there should be no more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the head and cropped the same distance beneath the chin.
When cutting an image, it is also worth assessing whether it is large enough to provide a better image than the current cut-out. Remember, newer is not automatically better 😉
