There's only so many people doing cutouts who only have so much free time they can dedicate to cuttingSecondly, the better quality the source picture is, the more likely the picture will be cutout. Your source is so small that it's basically useless and won't result in a good cutout. Search on google for higher quality sources, this was one of the first results (along with a higher resolution version of your source from the player's twitter profile)

Can you tell me how you've reached that conclusion please? Going by his photos at NEC, the haircut in the more recent cut is newer than what is currently in the megapack.
