It would be much easier for all if you uploaded rar or zip file rather than folder,since Mediafire requires paid account for batch downloading of individual files.I found a workaround with JDownloader,it did the job well.

Make sure it's checked.
Open some image.
Image --> Image Size

There are 2 guys with same name in the database,both from Ghana,but they are not duplicates.
The one you showed is this one.Now he is in LA Galaxy but he played before in Veracruz
The one I cut is correct,totally different person playing in RKC U-21.See here

Went to Academica official website,clicked on Futebol Jovem (youngsters),U-19....too small and not resizable image of him.But his shortened name there was Simão França,so I did google image search with that term.
The one posted here is from Academica twitter account,it's near the top.

Open your finished cut,add the white (or grey) layer beneath,merge visible.Then start over.
Most of the time already transparent source images are not properly done.
