I can't share it directly, as there are elements that may come from other content creators and I am unable to credit them as I don't store that information as I only edit skins these days for personal use.
You can download the FM20 base skin with background support though, and make the following changes to utilise it in FM21:

Open skin_config.xml (in notepad or similar) and edit the parent value to "fm" and the required_version value to "21.0.0"
If you keep the name of the skin as per the folder, those should be all the changes you need to make, but you can then start adding your own panels and graphics (and testing to make sure it still works correctly when you add stuff).

Thanks. Initial release for FM21 will probably be Monday 23rd, or the weekend before then. I'm going to do a full re-release as there are a lot of changes to the pack structure.
I have updated these for FM21 already, do these look right now:
If yes, let me know if you want them now and I'll upload the folder. Otherwise they will be in the FM21 pack release. If not, let me know what's still wrong and I'll correct it before the pack is out 🙂

Not entirely true, but correct in saying that a skin for any previous version can't be used in the next version - without editing at least. You can change the details in the skin's config files to show 21 instead of 20, and it will then show up in game to change to the skin (presuming you update everything correctly). However, it is not generally advisable to just drop a complete FM20 skin into FM21 as there are usually some things that change between game versions, and therefore it may cause issues.
I use a minimally edited skin to allow backgrounds and get rid of things like the white box on the scouting screen etc, and with the required changes, it has loaded fine (I should stress that this is "so far" - I haven't yet tested on all screens or during a match etc).

I typically release an update at the start of each month which has all the logos I've worked on since the previous release, including individual ones that are posted in this thread. If you're happy to wait, you can just download the update each month, but if there is a logo (or multiple logos) that you desperately want in your game now, you can request them here, and download them individually (you may need to create or update your own config file doing it this way though).

Also in the search, I think some of the new stuff is an improvement, but there are some bits I'm not getting. Is there a way to see the "normal" logo rather than just the small? At the moment I'm having to view the actual image and remove the "-sm" in the URL (for cups). For leagues, I'm having to go the extra step of selecting a club in the league before I can actually view the league logo:
Also, when previewing a post, the box is not very tall, so if it's a big post (especially if it has images) it's not so easy to get a proper look at the preview.

Just to confirm I have the same, also running 1980x1020, Chrome on Windows 10. Not an issue for me, but obviously it would open up more space on the forum if the blank space was not there.

Sorry, I didn't see this response earlier. Difficult to show, but I've tried:
On the old site, there were forums on the front page for skins, faces, kits, logos, other. Now there is one for skins, one for a particular style of faces, one for a particular style of logos, 5 for particular styles of kits, one for a particular style of background, and then one for other, which includes all the other kits, logos, faces, some skinning stuff, and all the miscellaneous that was previously in "other". The screenshot on the right of the image shows the posts currently in the new "other" folder, to hopefully show how jumbled (IMO) it is.
I can't show a comparison but on the old site it was much easier and made more sense to have all the kits in one place, all the logos in one place, all the faces in one place etc.
