I finally solved the problem. It was solved by installing the latest version of WinRar on the computer. I was using a very old version. thank you for your attention.

Hello, I have a problem about facepack. I have been downloading for days and trying everything but i couldn't make it. I have downloaded both megapack via torrent and 13 parts of face packs. However none of them are working. ı cannot extract the files. i am using winrar. it says the archive is either in unknown format or damaged. Thank you in advance.
