You do not need to open the file, just follow the installation instructions in the read me of the view the video on the first post of this thread.



In FM21 the video adboard speed is now linked to the 'match speed during highlights' setting, the faster this setting is then the faster the adboard’s run, I would advise you to set this speed to the middle setting for the ads to display at their intended speed.

Glad you sorted it my friend. I can only assume there's a compatibility issue with the "match_events.xml"/"match_sounds.xml"/"simatchviewer-pc.fmf" files.

This is not an issue I am aware off, are there any particular video ads that are displaying too quickly?

Don't insert all the textures, just insert the current league or cup that you are currently playing otherwise it won't work, put the other podiums in the backup folder.

So guys, i've been editing some .DDS files from FM and i also decided change the podium. Below i leave the ingame image of one of the podiums that i edited for viewing ...



I will also leave the template file to edit in photoshop, however, it is necessary to save directly as .DDS or save it in .PNG and convert it to .DDS on the website https://convertio.co/pt/png-dds/ and rename the file to podium_01_ [al], because the convertio site messes up the name after the conversion.

Windows:
Just paste the podium_01_ [al].dds file into C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\mesh\cut_scenes\textures\

MAC:
Just paste the podium_01_ [al] .dds file in Users /YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2021/mesh/cut_scenes/textures

Note : it is necessary to restart the FM for the new podium to be loaded.

Are you using the audio commentary mod ? Some have reported it causes an issue with VAR.
