Certain screens seem to taking an absolute age to load, specifically development centre and player training/progress reports in the inbox. Any hints to fix this?

I've seen a few fixes for slow processing speeds, wondering if they would fix it, I'm worried they would delete facepacks.

Validate game files?
deleting preferences?
rename inbox file (only saw this fix for 2018 and earlier but wonder if its worth a go)

Does anyone know how to add new shortcuts to the standard in game sidebar? what file do I edit and how? I want to re-add the quick links to U23s and u18s.

I created a B team for Liverpool to develop youth with the pre-game editor. Set up the same way as Real Madrid and Real Castilla in theory, with players move freely enabled and so on. Has always worked on previous FMs, players could move between teams as I pleased able to play any game. In FM18 however, whenever I move a player down to the B team, they are noted as 'unavailable' to play any games? I am the manager of both the parent and b team club. Even in advanced rules editor there are no restrictions on b clubs.

Is this an error or am I missing something?
