Can I see inside the 1830/lnc folder and inside your editor data folder as well please?

When uploading screenshots, it would be great if you retained the original size as the second one is quite simply not big enough to see what's in there

Can I see screenshots of the locations where you've placed the folders please? And also of the advanced setup screen when starting a new game?

No problems with reapplying the files, was actually more concern about the name changes where you need to start a NEW game for it to take effect.

So basically if Steam patches it the next round, i need to start a save game to have all the correct names? Anyway to stop Steam autoupdates then?

Oh come on, FFS. First of all there are not 3 files in Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2017, there is one, a config file.

Why can't you just NAME the files? You mean DBC, Inc and Edt? The files I just pasted into 1700,1701 and 1710? Because those are the ones I 'previously selected'.

What? Paste what folder? So paste the '3 files previously selected'? So paste DBC, Inc and Edt into "editor data"?

What about the folder named "editor data" that is in the .rar that we download?

Just tried downloading this file from both free sites, and both times Windows Defender detected malware. It appears as though the file is infected.

I'm looking for volunteers to do some quick testing on another setups so that I can confirm a theory I have. PM me if you're interested.

All they will need to do is to start a new game or 2 with a selection of media-related editor data files I'll send them.

The quicker more people PM me, the quicker an update will be out to include the media files.

It adds real-life media and journalists, with a number of media files added to encompass all major footballing nations and continents. i.e instead of the Florence Football Gazette, you'll see La Gazzetta dello Sport reporting on Fiorentina etc etc

Open the Awards.lnc folder with Notepad (or Mac equivalent) and do a search for: ## INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

The below are the correct entries for the Coach of the Year:

Come on man, the answer to your question is in the very post you are quoting.

There are now separate awards in-game, and in this file, for the Ballon d'Or and the FIFA World Player of the Year. As for the Coach of the Year, for the short name I mistakenly used the same UID as for the FIFA World Player of the Year. Good spot and will be rectified in the next iteration of the file. This change will be save-game compatible, thankfully.
