They're in the Library now.
Open Finder, select go from the top menu and hold down option. The library should show. Then go to Application Support/> Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2020

Thanks. I renewed on 10 August, as I have done for the last couple of years. I have a Paypal transaction ID, too. I could be that perhaps I've accidentally signed up here twice?
Edit: Just to point out the obvious, my email registered here is the same as my PayPal one where the payment came from.
