Bingo! I've removed that editor data file and it's removed the bug! Good advice for next time!

I wonder if my save game can be saved by removing that competition? 

So I've started a new game with the same exact setup as the problematic save game and the same thing occurs.

I wonder if I found with editor data is causing it and remove that league in the save game whether or not it will fix the issue or not?

Any ideas why I've finished 3rd in the EPL but have not qualified for the Champions League (first season in)?

Man Utd and Chelsea have been eliminated from the Champions League.

Man City won the FA Cup and Man Utd won the Carabao Cup.

Hoping this is not a bug!

One more question. The international team logos seem to be missing for some teams on the player profile screen and the international team screen (whereas some teams have them), any ideas?

I am having some issues with the red home kit, it just doesn't display for some reason in the match screen. Any reason why it won't display (it displays everywhere else (I use Aa_season 20_21 FC kits as well). Thanks.
